The XGS-55 has a published, independently verified Environmental Product Declaration registered with EPD Danmark, developed in accordance with EN 15804+A2 and verified by an independent third party. It documents the full life-cycle environmental impact of the generator.

Why XGS-55
Net-zero compliant
Compatible with e-methanol — a carbon-neutral fuel. Methanol is liquid at room temperature and converts to hydrogen only moments before entering the fuel cell, making storage and transport simple and safe.

No lengthy charging cycles. No return logistics. Fuel up and go — the XGS is designed to be as quick to deploy as a conventional diesel generator, with none of the emissions.
Extremely quiet
At just 45 dB(A), the XGS operates at conversation level. Ideal for noise-sensitive environments: construction sites, outdoor festivals, and residential areas.
Flexible deployment
Use it standalone, as a grid supplement, or alongside solar PV. Optional external fuel tanks extends autonomous runtime. Remote monitoring available on request.
Low maintenance
Fuel cell technology has far fewer moving parts than a diesel engine. The result is a system with very low maintenance requirements and high long-term reliability.
Multiple AC outputs
Equipped with a full range of industrial outputs: CEE 400 V at 125 A, 63 A, 32 A, and 16 A, plus 230 V CEE and Schuko, covering virtually any on-site power need.
Real-world impact
During construction of Copenhagen’s Metro Line M5, NCC had to meet a strict zero-emission requirement for all machinery up to 10 tonnes. The XGS-55/20 provided silent, stable, carbon-neutral power for the electric machines on site — reducing noise for residents and cutting diesel consumption to near zero.
